    11/2--23 minutes on wii fit. did the hoola hooping, the advanced step, and a short run.
    11/3--nothin'.
    11/4--61 minutes of elliptical! woo!

    I'm in. I did 60 minutes on 11/2 and plan to do 60 minutes this afternoon. I will update later.

    (I've been playing around with my tickers since I'm new here - too much fun).

    What is everyone counting for this?
    To each his own, I am just curious.
    Since I walk often anyways, I am only counting activities that get my heart rate up.

    Since I walk often anyways, I am only counting activities that get my heart rate up.

    I'm counting time I specifically do for exercise.
    Ex. Sometimes I go to the park and walk a few laps pushing my son in the stroller (quick laps before snack is gone and the escape attempts start!); I'll count that. I don't count when I go out for a hike for work. I count my regular workouts too.

    I like that method. I was thinking that I should count weights at the gym.

  • Today I got 60 min of walk/jog and 30 min of walking...... not to mention the 2 hours of gardening....tired and ready for bed.... night all!

    48 minutes of elliptical today (adding to my spreadsheet totals!). today was gonna be an off day but then stress and bad bad bad food happened and this was damage control.

    Took a couple of days off because I was sick. Did P90X Cardio today. Still struggling coughing while exercising but it felt good to be back.
  • Day Four- 35 minute walking, 45 min bike, 40 min zumba
    Day Five- 150 minutes walking (round the shopping mall....typical girl!)

    Updated my place in spreadsheet!
