I am happy to say that my waist and hips went down! That is where I want to see the most change0 -
I just finished doing our spreadsheet for the month of August. We have 19 people in for the challenge this month. I still need a few people to get me their measurements though (runningaddict and dizins).

I am still missing lots of people but it is cut off time to determine who our biggest losers are. Please still get me your numbers even if you missed this cut off.
First place was a tie between Soone2bMrsRamos and Amsparky with 3.5 inches gone in a single week!
Second place was also a tie between Tamsanger and Kiku76 with 2 inches lost.
Third place goes to dfeledichuk with 1.875 inches gone.
I will check with our two winners to come up with a nutrition related challenge and an exercise related challenge.
