    Goal: 3 inches
    Week 1 measurements
    Thighs: 44 inches (this number was doubled)
    Arm: 11.5 right 12 left
    Waist: 35.5 inches
    Hips: 37.5 inches
    Chest: 37.5 inches

    Week 2
    Thighs: 44
    arms: 23
    waist: 35
    hips: 37
    chest: 37

    lost 2 inches total!

    Week 3
    thighs: 44
    arms: 22.5
    waist: 35
    hips: 37
    chest : 37

    Only lost a little in my arms. I wasn't exercising as much as I should have and it shows :( this week will be better

    I am happy to say that my waist and hips went down! That is where I want to see the most change :wink:

    Sorry I am behind, I am still getting back into the swing of things after vacation! Well my thighs finally went down some and so did my arms. Those two parts are the slowest moving so I am alright seeing that! :wink:

    Our weekly winner posted an amazing 5.25 inch drop in one week! This should help her get ready for her upcoming wedding. Congrats to Sonn2bMrsRamos. Can you please post the weekly challenge?

    2nd place went to chii85 with a drop of 3.5 inches this week!

    3rd place belongs to Kalrez with 2.75 inches gone!

    This week's challenge will be to complete some type of exercise you are not used to doing. If it is anything you have sets/reps for i.e. crunches then push yourself to the highest number you can complete. If it, for example a yoga or spin class push yourself to a 60 minute class.

    Loss = 1 inch

    I have a proper measuring tape now so no converting cms to inches - should be more accurate!

    But the month is not yet finished and I have almost doubled my goal.
