    I've never done this before so am just using the goal most people have ;) I also usually work in cms so will have to convert to inches! (due to the silliness of my two tape measures stapled together)

    Goal: 5 inches

    Waist 34.5
    Chest 34
    Arms 12(l)/12(r) = 24
    Thighs 25(l)/25 (r) = 50

    Arm: L:11 R:11.5 = 22.5 inches
    Waist: 34 inches (I changed this month to be around my belly button to make it easy to remember where)
    Hips: 41 inches
    Chest: 36 inches

    Week 2
    Thighs: L:22.5 R:23 = 45.5 (+.5)
    Arm: L:11 R:11 = 22 (-.5)
    Waist: 34 inches (-1)
    Hips: 40.5 inches (-.5)
    Chest: 35.5 inches (-.5)
    Not to sure how this happened. I have gained 4lbs this week... :/

    I am still missing lots of people but it is cut off time to determine who our biggest losers are. Please still get me your numbers even if you missed this cut off.

    First place was a tie between Soone2bMrsRamos and Amsparky with 3.5 inches gone in a single week!
    Second place was also a tie between Tamsanger and Kiku76 with 2 inches lost.
    Third place goes to dfeledichuk with 1.875 inches gone.

    I will check with our two winners to come up with a nutrition related challenge and an exercise related challenge.

    On vacation this week so I'm running a bit behind. Here are my measurements for the week.

    Last Week:
    Thighs: 55.50 in. (Doubled)
    Arm: 29 (doubled)
    Waist: 38.75 in.
    Hips: 50.75 in.
    Chest: 44 in.

    This Week
    Thighs: 55 in (doubled)
    Arms: 29 (doubled)
    Waist: 38.5 in.
    Hips: 50.75 in.
    Chest: 43.75 in.

    Total loss: 1 inch.

    Up a total of 2.75 inches in the areas that we measure. However in all over body measurements I am down 4.75
    It is like the weight is shifting to different parts. (Stomach, knees, calf's are smaller.) Anyone else experience anything like this?
