    I think I did my chest measurement wrong last time as I measured under rather than round the fullest part - will change for this month :)

    Hello everyone, I'm Allyson and this will be my third month... well last month I fell of the wagon and gave up... I was still working out and burning major cals, but I was eating well over 2500 a day and nothing good for me ALL junk and carbs... I gained 6 lbs and inches... I am beyond ready to jump back on. Please if you see me slacking give me a smack :)


    Goal: 6 inches
    Week 1 measurements-- Aug. 31
    Thighs: 23 & 23.5 inches = 46.5
    Arm: 24 inches
    Waist: 34.5 inches (at belly button)
    Hips: 39 inches
    Chest: 36 inches

  • Decided to get my crunches done today so I didn't have to worry about them. I did smaller sets of standard abdominal crunches (50, four times today) and my abs are aching...

    Think I'll try to fit more into my routines if they produce any results :)

  • I'm in again !!! Even if last month was amazing: lost over 8 inches. I will still put my goal at 5 inches.

    Sorry I'm late with sending my measurements but I'd like to continue with the September challenge too.

    My measurements as of Sept. 1. I will post today's later when I have the chance to measure:

    My Goal is 5 inches

    Week 1
    Thighs 54.75 (doubled)
    Arms 28.25 (doubled)
    Waist 38.25
    HIps 50
    Chest 44.25

    Found a tape:
    Measurements as of Aug. 30:
    Neck 14
    chest 37 (that's over the boobs, right? Hopefully don't lose too many inches there!)
    waist 32
    hips 39.5
    thighs 25 left, 26 right 51 total (did the fattest part, the upper thigh)
    arms 12 left, 12 right 24 total
    Goal? To at least get down to a 28 inch waist!

    Sept 5
    13.5 Neck
    37 chest
    31 waist
    39.5 hips
    Thighs 24 left, 25 right 49 total
    11.5 both arms for a total of 23

    Wow, I'm shocked!! I didn't lose any weight this week. I didn't expect my measurements to go down.
    Oh, and 200 abdominal crunches, 200 oblique crunches both sides and 200 abdominal leg lifts. Yay!
