I think I must have measured wrong or something last week; don't think my inches would have increased. :huh: They are probably flat - they don't seem to be budging much these days. Think I'm going to do another round of 30DS.0 -

Thanks Ladies! I forgot to say my Blood Pressure was normal as well. It had been to the point that she had discussed medications for it. I told her I would get the weigh off and make myself health. She had given me the year to improve everything or agree to medication. It feels so good to know I don't have to go on meds and that I did it myself!
