So far, a total loss this week of 2 3/4. Wow, I was impressed. I ran 40 km this week, and did 100 reverse crunches, and 100 abdominal crunches a day, hoping to see a big impact on my stomach, but I saw virtually no improvement there. However, I finally got my hip measurement to move a little after 9 months of no movement. Looking forward to getting the next challenge for the week.0 -

I finally finished the spreadsheet. It took forever because we have a large number of people in the challenge for the month. We have 33 people that had said they wanted to join. However, I am still missing measurements and goals from a ton of people. PLEASE GET THAT TO ME ASAP! NO MORE NEW PEOPLE!!

The biggest loser this week dropped an amazing 10 inches in less than a week! BeautifulArtemis is amazing! She will be in charge of our optional weekly challenge!
