    Week 1 Measurements
    Thighs: 39.5 inches
    Arms: 20 inches
    Waist: 26.25 inches
    Hips: 35.5 inches
    Chest: 32.25 inches

    Goal 3 inches

    Last month I lost 2.25 inches. I set my goal a little higher for this month though.

    Goal: 9 inches

    Last month I lost 12.5 inches and my goal was 5 so I though I'd move it up a little. Let's go everyone!!! Tomorrow is a new day.

    I'm not sure how to get the quote on my reply, however....
    nanoreefdiver - I didn't realize we could ask that our inches could come off a specific location so I am amending my goal. PLEASE take 3 inches off the roll around my midriff the other 2 can come off my waist. Thank you. :bigsmile:

    Here are my measurements:

    Waist: 38.5 in.
    Hips 51.5 in.
    right thigh: 28 in.
    left thigh: 28 in.
    chest: 44 in.
    left arm: 14.5 in.
    right arm: 14.5 in.

    My goal is 5 inches for this month.

    Arms: 29 inches (14.5 Left & 14.5 right)
    Waist: 42.5 inches
    Hips: 52.5 inches
    Chest: 39.5 inches (under bust) / 44 inches (across bust)

    Goal - 5 inches :)

    Ditto - same here.

    I wouldn't mind if mother nature just moved those inches to the girls. I would be happy with no measurement loss if that were to happen. :bigsmile:

    Plus the largest measurement from just above my knees, so its doubled

  • Well, yesterday was not such a good day to the start of the month! I went on a 4-5 hour family canoe trip (they even sell 'I survived shirts, our buddy canoe tipped 7 times!) but forgot my camel bag with pre-portioned out foods and snacks. Meaning I was starving and ate WAY over (like at least 2,000 calories) by eating the food they brought. Then we unexpectedly went to the Springs afterword so we had fast food too and I didn't make a good choice there either. This is the second time this week! So today I'm am freaking determined to make this the best month yet.

    I find that these situations are healthy every once & awhile. I think it changes up your body so it doesn't get stalled out... Plus, it motivates me even more than before to kick it back up & get back on track. Don't beat yourself up over it, I am sure it will be ok.

    Can you please do this in inches or I can't track it on the spreadsheet. If you don't care if your on the spreadsheet then you can keep it like this and I wont worry about tracking it.
