  • In my profile picture are my two dogs snoop and shelby, they are the reason I am losing weight. Each one weighs over 50 lbs and I walk them daily at least one mile. I have been doing this for a year, so they are my inspirations to continue!

  • I believe that you can give your body something it is craving, in moderation, figure out who's fries and hamburger have the better calorie counts. Eat some of the fries and most of the hamburger. Throw out the rest! It will feel good. Then eat light for dinner! Just me...

  • I love it too. I begin my journey here about 3 weeks ago. Last year I started walking my dogs daily to begin to lose some weight. The doctor had just put me on blood pressure meds and cholestrol.   • Well I walk my two dogs one weighs 72 and the other 68 and that has helped everything. If you don't like push up do the arm pushup where you use a stable chair and do the ones from the back ( I do them several time a day at work after using the bathroom there is a great ledge!

  • Congrats! I try on a couple of skirts that I haven't worn in about 4 years and then were better, but not there yet! So I do know how you feel! Great accomplishment!
  • I also am a Idol watcher! My favorite reaches back to Season 5 - Chris Daughtry!!!! Still love him today, can't wait to see him June 6, 2010. The concert is my Goal to help me complete my goal!!! This season Casey and Lee are my favorites. The girls....not sure yet.... Truthfully no one has had a awesome performance yet!!
