  • I am struggling like you. It took me a month to lose 3.8 pounds. I am my heaviest I’ve ever been. What is working (slowly) for me is keeping my calories at 1200.   • I understand your frustration! 2 weeks of watching carefully and i finally got that stupid scale to move- not even a pound but i will still take it. Hang in there. Eat 500 calories under what you burn every day and you will be good! Also, maybe your salt intake is making you retain water?
