Hey all! So I have decided to finally get this weight off and was hoping there are some people out there who would like to join me! I have been losing about 1 pound a week for the past week. I have 30 pounds to go! Who else does? Let’s do this! Slow and steady wins the race!

    Yay! I figured just check in and weekly weigh ins on the same day with one another. If we are having a down day post on the board as well.

    So for me I weigh on sundays.

    Initial weigh in Date: 6/23/19
    Starting weight: 180.2
    Total lost since initial weigh in: 0
    Weeks left: 30

    I am with you! I need to lose at least 30 lbs. I started today. I have a problem eating enough good calories. I’ll do better tomorrow.

    Ok cool- initial weight as of 24th June - 174 lbs

    Weight today 26th June: 173lbs (-1)

    I might weigh in a bit more randomly as am terrible at remembering which thread I’ve commented on.

    I am in! I have a cruise planned in just under 30 weeks so this is the perfect motivation I need. I am hoping to lose more than 30 pounds before our trip. Anything is going to be a win! I am going to weigh in on Saturdays.

    I have more than 30 to lose, but 30 in 30 is a great motivator, so count me in! I’ll weigh in on the 30th and go from there.

    Good morning everyone! I hope everyone is doing well and still going strong! I had a few weak moments throughout this week and caved- but it ended up being okay! It is Week 1 Weigh in time for me!

    Hi! I would like to join as well. I've been eating poorly and gaining lately so need to be in a group like this. I'll weigh in every Sunday. I'm in Australia so I'll do kg and aim to lose 13 kg in 30 weeks.
