I HATE lunges. I HATE them. I would not do them if they weren't literally the best exercise for you. I also hate cardio ALL FORMS. Despise it. I row for 5 minutes and that's all I can stand. It's boring and not enjoyable - I'd rather just lift.

When I worked at restaurants I would always look at the calories and eat the lower calorie meals, or kids meals. With fast food try getting a burger but eat it without the cheese and bun, get a fast food salad without cheese and grilled rather fried meat. Who the hell is this person saying it's not possible to burn over 1000 calories in a work out? I burn near enough to 1000 after a 30 minute run and meeting my personal trainer for 50 minutes. Don't be stupid, of course it's possible, but it takes WORK.
