Been on keto for 4 weeks today, down 20lbs. I try to change my meals up to avoid stagnation and boredom. Nothing will destroy your will to continue eating better than getting sick of everything you eat.

Milk. Just straight up milk. I could put down a gallon easily every week, always my go to if I were ever thirsty at home. Cutting that down to nothing was rough for the first week. Don't miss it now though.

Milk. Just regular old milk. I used to drink the stuff by HUGE glassfulls, and I still love it. It would be my drink of choice if every glass I typically have wasn't over 400 calories!

I'd be tempted to say lightly active. When I was working in retail standing and running around for 8 hours a day I would still categorize myself as lightly active because I wasn't necessarily doing any heavy lifting.

I weigh and measure myself every morning when I wake up and after I take a shower, but I only record it once, maybe twice a week. Everything can fluctuate so much day to day that the weekly weighing will give you a better overall reading.
