    Hi, very new to Keto. Does anyone know if one can take insulin shots and do the Keto diet plan? Or I should say, is it safe?

    Plenty of people are on insulin and keto, but you will need adjustments. I would recommend medical supervision as you acclimate.

    Hi I'm a diabetic that was on insulin but doing keto helped me get off of most meds. I love it although progress for me is slow. I highly recommend talking with your doctor about what your needs are. (example due to my meds I tend to need around 30-40g of carbs a day to stay steady)
