i did the 30 day shred last year I lost about 12 pounds. I really enjoyed it but I found that 20 minutes really wasn't enough for me to continue to lose weight but it is a GREAT way to jump start your weight loss and condition your body for harder and longer workouts in the future. Personally I enjoy The Firm Hi-def sculpt .... its about 30-50 minutes ( burns about 480 calories in 50 min) your choice of weights and it does low impact aerobics with it. It really makes me sweat but not out of breathe .... I love it =)

I like to drink at least 4 of the 16 oz bottles a day and then sip here and there... from what the dr said.... 8- 8oz glasses a day at least for me. hope this helps

yeah BMI says I should be about 102 ..... Never gonna happen LOL I would disappear I'm aiming for 150-130 to be healthy... its better than this 200 I'm carrying around ........... Thank you everyone!! the motivation always helps

I agree .... my lower body muscles are huge an solid ..... and I am only 5'2" its the belly weight that has me concerned =)

Thanks for all the tips.... they are all along the same lines I was thinking =) So at least I'm on the right track..... No one in my life seems to understand.
