I always went over. Like I would have a smoothie with 2-3 bananas and 1 cup of berries and be over my sugar just from breakfast so eventually I just ignored sugar

Lisa I just made half a litre (approx) of juice and used 3 carrots, 3 apples and three oranges. It came to 300-350 calories (326 but I had to guess the amount of carrot juice) so for the amount you get its not to bad. That usually happens to me. I get so hungry I'll eat anything. When it happens I usually take two weeks off from calorie counting and just eat whatever I want as long as its healthy and I usually don't eat more then 2300 cals a day when I do at a guess

My favorite non dairy milk is the blue diamond almond breeze unsweetend vanilla. For me it doesn't have the bitter taste that most almond milks have. If your craving chocolate the pana raw chocolate is always a good alternative if you can buy it and try looking up nutritional yeast for creamy pasta sauces/dips

If you do want to log activity in MFP then you need to put in the time that you did the activity for. Then MFP basically ignores any data sent from the fitbit during that time so you don't get a double up. To keep it simple I track food on MFP and exercise with my fitbit but if I go swimming from 12 pm - 1pm then I will…

I'm starting it today feel free to add me anyone who is doing it :) and I wouldn't eat 1200. If your doing her workouts then I would recommend 1500 minimum. I burn about 200-300 calories per workout according to my hrm but obviously this would change depending on your height/weight.

I got a charge hr over the flex because I like knowing how many cals I burn in any type of workout. I think its really good and people who I have talked to who have it love it as well. I know one person who has the flex and really likes it

Delete the app off your ipad and iphone and then just reinstall it on only one of your devices. That worked for me anyway. I found you can't have it syncing across two devices.
