I started Insanity on 24th as well, just about to go and do my day 3 workout! I will definitely add you :)
-
I'm 5ft 7 and my first goal is 150lbs, I'm ultimately aiming for 140lbs, but I'll see how I feel at 150 :)
-
Hello you :P I think it's probably because you've jumped straight into Insanity, stay hydrated and maybe try a shorter workout for a day and see if you feel the same with that.

Hi, i'm Lauren and I live in Oxford. Feel free to add me :) I'm just starting up again after a very long absence :)
-
I'm in, I want to lose around 21-28 pounds!
-
23, feel free to add me :) I'm looking for some more friends as well!
-
Sorry to jump on but would I be able to add some of you as well?

Thank you, I like the idea of, if nothing else, not drinking any more calories. That will probably be the easiest thing for me to cut out right now. It's nice to hear that even though other people really struggle, they've still managed to gain amazing results. Makes me feel a bit better about myself :)

I do love Japanese food, and lately i've been trying to eat more sashimi and just fish in general, but i'm also on a student budget (forgot to mention that >.<), am avoiding the evil that is the sticky white rice though....i've only recently started my new health kick and i have to ashamedly admit i wasn't paying a huge…

Good to hear ^^ you can do it, i was so dreading going to the gym today, as i have so much studying to do for my exams. Ended up staying in there an hour and a half, and i felt great afterwards!

I know i don't eat enough fruit or veg. On some days I will eat an apple, some blueberries, a banana and then vegetables with dinner, but on other days i'll barely eat an apple. -sigh- i need to change this habit, but there are just times when i really don't want fruit or veg.
-
An amazing transformation, well done!

Kettleworx looks interesting, and I just checked out Insanity on youtube...to sound a tad cliche (and no pun intended) it looks insane. Would it be worth me looking at the 60 day insanity first?

NIcely said :)

I exercise in the evening, during what i consider my 'snacking period' around 7pm-. That's the time i find myself craving all the bad food, so i go to the gym instead and then, if afterwards i still want something, as i've been to the gym and have a few extra calories to burn i allow myself one little treat. Not everytime,…

I'm not an expert by any means but i was just wondering, are you eating back your exercise calories? If you are on a 1200 cal/day diet and then burning off 400, you are technically putting your body into starvation mode. The average person needs a minimum of 1200 calories a day, that could be the issue. In which case just…

Nice, keep up the good work! :)

Konnichiwa! I'm from England but am currently living on the island of Shikoku, Japan. How are you finding weight control with Japanese food? I'm finding it so hard.

Aha hello Lauren from York, i'm Lauren from Kent :) and the same, just trying to get back in shape, though most likely making a multitude of mistakes along the way :)

I would love to have a personal trainer, being at University means it's a bit too expensive for me right now, but one more year of Uni left and then as soon as i can i'm going to find one! Sounds like yours is amazing, i did a trial session with a personal trainer once a year or so ago, i felt sick too but by the end of it…

I'm also from the UK, though currently living in Japan. I'm hoping to lose around 30-40lbs and fit into my summer wardrobe once more. :) Shall send a friend request.

Kate Winslet. She has a beautiful figure with curves! and she's damn proud of it :)

bump. I would like to know too! i go over my protein and am always way under my carbs.

I'm not an expert by any means, but i've been researching and if you go below 1200 calories (approximately) it can put you into starvation mode. Also even if you just put up the calories to a 1000-1200 a day you will feel fuller and less likely to binge. I'm 5 foot 7 and a half inches and my calorie intake for the day is…

I'm from Kent, England :)

Aha, now i feel a little guilty. I just went to the gym and did a cardio heavy session....now i want to go back and lift some weights O.o
-
I set mine to weight lost, instead of focusing on how much left, everytime i look at it i get to see how much i've already lost, which motivates me to do more! (well that's the plan since i only started 6 days ago).
-
I just joined 4 days ago :) And i used to horse ride, i do miss it and it's one of the things i want to get back into when i lose some weight. ^^
-
That's amazing, very motivating, well done!

I weigh in once a week :) same day, same time so i can compare, although if i've had a bad week and i'm not mentally up for the numbers, i will leave that week and just weigh in the next.
