How is everyone?! Fit and healthy I hope.

I'm pretty new to this, didn't know there was this message board. What a very good idea.

Anyway, My names lauren from York, UK. And have no friends on here ha! Be nice to have a few fitness buddies (I am in no way a fitness fanatic, just trying to get back in shape!) - Don't even know if you can add friends but if you can....add me :)
