    Aha, now i feel a little guilty. I just went to the gym and did a cardio heavy session....now i want to go back and lift some weights O.o

    Awesome, it gets so annoying seeing people lift the lightest weights and think it is useful (especially if you think you are doing anything other than just taking up equipment).

    Thank you for posting this! I've read other posts on "skinny fat" and they were discouraging. This article puts it into pespective much better.

    Great read. Thanks for sharing. I actually had some concerns about 'bulking up' doing crossfit so this article helped with that. And yes the pictures say it all!! I used to say I wanted to be skinny. Not anymore!!!

    Dear lord, I found how to consider myself, I am skinny fat. I tend to tell people I want to lose weight and they usually don't understand but I actually want to gain muscles. I have the exact same body as the woman in the blue bra. Not cool.

    I'm digging the second article at least as much as the first...excellent reads, just reinforces the annoyance that some people have as a mindset for fitness
