I buy a lot of different flavored marinades, and marinade breasts or cutlets for 2 days (cook em in the marinade). I eat a lot of chicken but it's always a different flavor so it's not boring. Then just add your veggies and whatever. :)

I can totally relate to this as well. I get so hungry before and during my T.O.M. It sucks. I always go over my calories for at least a few days.

I buy a bag of frozen blue berries and add a bunch to it every morning. Let it sit for a while to thaw the blueberries, mix it up - yum! Fresh blueberries are better, but it's hard to always have fresh fruit.
