trampolines?

Hello......I wonder if jumping on a trampoline would burn calories?
Thoughts?

Definitely. Anything with movement will. You would need an HRM to determine how many though.0

Sure does....how much though I couldn't say. Depends on how much, how long and how many flips you do LOL!
I use a mini-trampoline in my house and love the thing...it has a calorie meter on it but I am sure that count is way off but fun just the same!0 -
I get on the trampoline with my son. I'm sure I burn calories. I don't log them... but I sure feel winded and fat and old when I get off... hahaha So I know I'm doing something right!0
