i am losing weight since the hospital i am getting surgery at says to loose 10 lbs, so more the better plus right now i am very limited in my activity so i really dont want to gain any weight, i want to keep my eating low and lose fat etc

ok so i did a video today so i just look at myself nude in a 3rd person, yes i need some fitness help, i am athletic but i seem to got lazy in last few months, i think i need to cut food again, as i have a small gut and ya i just need a transformation. and i was like yuck when i looked at myself lol

Hi all just an update. I found that a combination of Gummy bears and pretzels seem to be the thing that works for me for the on the bike race energy plan. tried this in a long 6 hour training ride where i was riding hard. all goes down better then Gels , no stomach distress or any emergency pooping at all. so far so good.…

Just a question do you think consuming Oero cookies during a race would work? anyone try? 2 cookies is 110 calories. i know there is fat there, but more real vs a gel almost? figure i ask before i try in next training ride

used Perpeteum in past, that caused me problems, all the proteins, emergency bathroom breaks into the bush so have to avoid things like that

for the Peanut M&Ms, do you find the added fat makes you heavy when consuming those in a high intense race etc?

maybe but i am thinking body is not absorbing all the food that way its going straight through? would eating everything more slowly help? less coffee too? more water? suggestions?

just a question though, isnt fibre enriched foods healthy for you? arent we supposed to eat lots of fibre?
