coffee hinder weight loss?
I often drink coffee ,but always black, no cream or no sugar at all, just regular instant coffee. On average 1 cup a day. Sometime 2. maybe the odd time 3 times a day, but rare, would drinking coffee by any means hinder? weight loss? or fat increase?

Help on Gut
Still have a small belly. I am 41 male in athletic and active shape. I am still struggling to get that last bit gone. I am very much doing X country ski and cycling almost everyday. Would having too much salt in my system cause this? i a gone down to 2 meals a day now and cut lots of sugar out, suggestions please

Raw Oatmeal and eating
I been eating raw oatmeal for many years now. More less i put it into yogurt and protein powder, and peanut butter and stir it up, as my breakfast very tasty sometimes i cook the oatmeal and sometimes not, i dont get any bad reactions from the raw from all experts out there, is eating the raw oatmeal a bad thing? thanks
