Diet Making Me Burp and Poop too much?
I like to get some advice or suggestions. I been eating lately , try to eat healthy. but afterwards i am getting lots of burping many hours after and as well, i need to run to bathroom at least 4 times after eating to take of business, what am i eating wrong that is doing this? thanks

So as i was not overweight i have lost weight to be more competitive for cycling. I am now down to 165 lbs from 170 about 2 months ago or 74kg . so feeling good. Does Coffee make you gain weight?
Hi all i drink 2 cups of coffee a day. I only drink black coffee, no sugar or anything in it. once in day time and I am a a midnight worker. So I will have another cup on night shift to keep more alert by the caffeine. By any chance does coffee make your metabolism slow down or anything along that line? thanks
