progress. i am actually going to be start over in a few weeks, going on vacation next week for a few weeks, but i am going to be careful on eating still, but once i get home in november, will and want to go more hardcore on eating.

however eating is based on being active as i still be xc skiing later and biking as well
but looking to cut for sure

ok normal weight throughout season is around 165 lbs. this is based on athletic, where i bike on over 100 to 300 miles a week, depending.

i want to up and get more fitter there , do more weight baring workouts and try to become faster, leaner and eat way more clean

i weigh myself today, i think some water weight but im up to 169lbs at moment 76 kg, so i need to loose some now again, i want to see if i can cut down to under 160? if possible?
would it be possible to do that?
