Examples of Eating Plans for Athletes

Ok everyone. I have no intention to bother everyone with repeat posts or anything. I am need of examples.
I been reading more about nutrition for athletes. and I am in need to reinvent my eating habits. I have taking out many vices. I do eat healthy.
I am athletic . in to competitive cycling. I been doing for a few years but believe i still not gotten the proper food part down. I feel I need to learn to eat differently. Feel my energy levels are not always up to par in my races.
What I am looking for is examples of a meal plans. That some people follow on a daily basis while in training and racing.
i know everyone is different but more of guide to follow. That in which i would get all the requirement nutrition. Vitamins. At same time being healthy. meaning all decent food and not things like cookies etc.
So any eat plan that is good for cyclists. triathletes or any endurance athlete.
