Why do you want to eat raw potatoes? If you mean cold, potato salad tends to taste good cold. The trick to a good tasting cold potato is not to overcook it. Boiling tends to be the method of choice for the best cold potato taste and texture.

Yes ... my husband makes a good roast chicken and roast veg. Potatoes, pumpkin, cauliflower, carrots, etc. It's delicious!!

If you hold your nose, raw potato has the texture and tastes just like apple. Peel and slice the potato very thin. Try lightly salting the slices.

Only any green parts would cause stomach upset.

Yeah, I used to sneak a few strips as a child before mom cooked them. They're crunchy and a little soapy. They don't really taste bad, but it would be a waste of calories because they taste heavenly cooked so why not just cook them.

No offense but if you got to hold your nose to trick yourself into something different. Might as well eat an apple, or cook them darned things! lol

    I thought that was onion?

And there's more than just the green parts that would cause upsets... I wouldn't risk it.

To expand on this great approach, wrap in suran(however its spelt) wrap first before microwaving. Makes it cool hella faster!

    I like cold cooked Potatoes.

I like potato salad and also cold cooked baby potatoes - if I cook some to have with dinner, I sometimes put the leftover ones in my lunch box to have cold the next day.
