lol...the vices. I spent two years kicking a certain drug I won't name, but it was awful. Now I my only drug is drinks, but not many. It's like weight loss...I'm trying to stand firm where I am before I kick another drug.

Honestly, I eat alot of lean cuisine for dinner (the steam fresh ones, they're usually between 200-300 calories). Hit the gym three times a week. Hard. I hate it, but while I'm there, I'm there. Lots of diet food, and when I hit my calorie limit, I stop eating.

I suggest less bread. I kid you not, just eating the inside of a sandwiched, chopped up with lettuce will help a lot.

It's okay. Honestly, the first 2 months I worked at this (killed myself nearabout) I only lost like 3 pounds. Eventually, I owned up to the fact that the 3/4 cup of cereal I'd been entering was actually like 1.25 cups. Measuring is soooo important. Good luck to you. We're all rooting for you!
