I just started Jenelle Summer's version of the Turbo Fire / CLX hybrid, after finishing 20 weeks of TurboFire. I'm in week 2 right now, so haven't gotten to deeply into the CLX DVD's; however, I am loving what I have done so far. I bought the set on eBay for about $35.

I workout at home around 4:30 am. I enjoy just being able to roll out of bed and start working out. I have multiple workout DVD's to choose from which helps with variety and preventing boredom. TurboFire is great fun! Very dancy, but don't be fooled. It is a very intense cardio workout. A hybrid of the weight training you are doing now with the TurboFire cardio would be a great comprehensive fitness program.

Thanks everyone! I will keep you posted on the TF/CLX Hybrid progress. Today was my first day of lifting and I loved it; although it's going to take some time to determine how much I should be lifting to properly challenge my muscles. We will see where this goes. :happy:

It shouldn't matter if you switch your rest days. My weekends are crazy so I take my rest day on the weekends and workout M-F religiously, plus Sunday. I'm on week 16 and loving it!!
