  • Are you still exercising? Perhaps try to start doing some exercise every day, or up the level if you already are. I feel less like eating junk when I'm exercising and generally more positive.   • Not so good on the treadmills, prefer to run outside as it is much quicker than driving to the gym. I live in the country so perhaps I could use the odd tree as a marker... not sure I trust myself to measure the running distances accurately though; will probably end up walking for 5mins and running for 30secs! :smile:…

I have found route maps all around my house and the area I live which is brilliant Not sure how good I'll be at checking a stop watch while running but might give it a go as well. Thank you.

  • I have the same problem. I don't want to eat too many carbs like bread as I just feel bloated and I want to keep my diet as healthy and low fat as possible... the problem is all the healthy foods are low in cals so don't go too far towards the total calorie goal!
  • I would suggest some kind of lubricant.. many professional long-distance runners use on their inner thighs to prevent rubbing.
