  • I started AdvoCare in 2012 and absolutely love it. It's not just a quick diet plan. That's not what a 24 Day Challenge is designed for. It's a nutritional plan designed to supplement a healthy lifestyle. Yes, you can lose weight by watching what you eat, drink, and working out, but are you truly filling the gaps that you…
  • I do AdovCare Meal Replacement Shakes. They are 220 cals, 4 fat and a balanced 22 carb/22 protein. While learning good healthy eating habits is important, I don't see myself stopping these shakes. They are a quick, balanced breakfast on the go. I typically only do them for breakfast though.
  • I use the AdvoCare Herbal Cleanse every three months to detox.
  • I use the couch to 5k app on my ipod and it let's me play pandora at the same time. I put on some much that fires me up, like the jock jams station, crank the stereo loudly and find my groove. I believe there is a couch to 10k app too.
  • Hi. If I would have been on here in August I would have joined you. I'm jumping back in now though.
  • Single! Very, very single and loving it.
  • Hi. I'm a music teacher. At one point I was 82 pounds down, but I gained a few back over the last few months-holidays :) . Back on and buckling down to get off this plateau. Feel free to add me if you'd like.
  • I've never tried Pro 20, but I hear it is quality product. I know it is recommended for gastric patients who need increased protein. I'd say it is worth a shot.
  • Personally, I have about 30 more pounds to go. When I started 32 pounds ago on products I thought I would stop using them. I like how I feel on them though. I have more energy, I have more ambition to do things. After I complete a 24 day challenge I continue those last 14 days, using the shakes, mns, spark and catalyst.…
  • It's all about lifestyle changes. Quality vitamins and products aren't really a gimmic in my eyes. Some people use Big Train, some people use Jillian Michael's stuff, some use Weight Watchers, some use Slim Fast. I choose AdvoCare. It works for me.
  • Make sure you are still consumng lots of water. I've been reading lately that if you take your weight and divide it in half, that is how much water your body needs to function properly. Also, if you are still in your challenge, keep eating as closely to your plan as you did those first 15 days. Catalyst is a great addition…
  • Catalyst works to help protect your lean muscle mass because it is a chain amino acid. It gets your body to burn through fat reserves before coming after muscle. AdvoCare isn't a "get skinny fast" scheme and isn't marketed as such. It's about getting nutrients your body is missing through food into your system. When you…
  • I do AdvoCare and yes, the cost is steep, but how can you not afford to be healthy? I've lost 32 pounds and 32 total inches in five months and am on day two of my third challenge. If you really want to continue using products after you are finished, talk to the person you bought your kit from. They can get you set up as a…
  • I started using AdvoCare products September 2012. I'm now on my third 24 day challenge and in between them I continue to use spark, catalyst, meal shakes and mns packs. I've lost 32 pounds and 32 total inches in five months. I am able to stay up with a classroom of students, my health is much better, my blood pressure is…
  • I'm in a similar boat, although my lack of motivation doesn't involve a marriage. We are out for summer and I'm a teacher. While in school I was doing very well, losing up to 35 pounds. Now I'm home and have no motivation. I don't have the support in place I had daily at school. I hope you find your motivation. I am trying…
  • I'm a single mom too, been this way for going on six years. I'm thankful though that I have parents who will help me when I need it and my ex-mother in law is a gem! She's always ready to take my little man if I need a break. It's really hard to be away from him for a long period of time, but I know I can pick up the phone…
  • You are doing an amazing job and just the right person to inspire others! I'm sending you a request because you're sheer determination is what I need to help me through.
  • Thank you. I've hit a hard patch and trying to work through it. I'm starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
  • Does kiddo have a bike or a tricycle? You can walk and have him ride. I wish I would have had a regular trike when mine was smaller so he would have developed his thigh muscles a little more. We are about to go walk here.
  • Have you tried the dark chocolate roasted almonds?
  • LMFAO--very upbeat and you can't help but work it when you're hearing "I'm Sexy and I Know It."
  • I'm spending more at the store now, but I'm able to make more meals out of what I buy than if I spent $20/day on restaurant meals. We were doing way too much eating out even if we were making the healthier choices from given menus. I shop the perimeter and have started buying more fresh fruit, especially on sale. I keep an…
  • So if I weigh 233 currently, I should be consuming 233g of protein? Sounds like a lot to me.
  • It was the "hot" workout on dvd several years ago. It combines boxing moves with tae kwon do moves (I think) and lots of cardo stuff. I really liked it before but it kicks my butt every time. I can't do the full basic workout just yet and have to take things slowly, but I'm thinking if I want to be able to do P90X this…
  • YUM! This is something I'd love to try since I'm looking for new recipes all the time. I might use white corn tortillas instead though, they average about 50 per tortilla as opposed to 100.
  • I started by promising myself for the month of February I would not drink a soda. It took me about two weeks into March before I wanted to try one, and it was the nastiest tasting thing I've ever tried to drink. I've started making small changes in things I eat, and now when I'm shopping, we mainly stick to the outside…
  • Hello :) I'm 36, have one child who is 7, and we are both embarking on a massive weight loss journey. I've lost 23 so far, and just from my example, he is starting to clean up his food choices as well. I've got about 60 more that I want to lose as well, Please add me if you'd like. kmorris123
  • Hi! I'm down 23 at this point and can use the encouragement as well. One thing that has helped me is being able to see other's diaries and what they are eating. It gives me ideas of other healthy changes I can make as well. Congrats on your journey so far. You can add me if you like. kmorris123. Kristina
  • HEY there SIL! I've found my success coming from taking the time to write things down in the diary daily. You know that I've started sitting down with the measuring cup, measuring spoon and scales though. You're going to beat this, but you got to take it one day at a time. It's too easy when we are all together to flub up…
