no. i don't think yoga would give you all the benefits weight training would.. now PILATES might be more beneficial, but i think weight training would still be the best

calcium since i don't drink milk, fish oil- to keep my heart strong, flaxseed oil--helps break down fats, kelp-helps break down fats as well, and a one a day pill! :)

it depends on the workout, i think! cause after zumba i'm always energized and my day is always better after zumba class, but after pilates, i'm soooooooooooo tired, and i usually take a nap! pilates is more "flowy" if that makes sense. not as fast pace as running or zumba, or elliptical

are you eating your exercise calories? start tracking your sugar, too. when i WAS eating my exercise calories i wasn't losing anything, also just walking isn't gonna cut it, you should get some jillian michaels dvd's. they are cheap and VERY effective. :)

well i'm 5'2 and when i started out i was 176 pounds, and now i'm 162.2 but my stomach area has always been a problem for me! i really noticed a HUGE difference though when i started the thirty day shred, the ab exercises really help get rid of fat,--but not gain muscle! running all around tones your body too! good luck! :)

i go to a studio and i pay 60$ a month for unlimited zumba, pilates, ballroom dancing, and much more classes. they have zumba every day & i got every day so im paying a little under 1 per class, because i also go to pilates, and a lot more classes they have there. i am fortunate to have a studio like that close too me! <3…

hmm! never heard of a rice diet.. white rice probably isn't a good idea for a rice diet, but brown rice probably isn't a bad idea! i heard of this story where this man lost 60 pounds from eating just potatoes! :)
