The time you eat is irrelevant. Calories in, calories out. Remember, calories are a unit of measure of energy. Timing is just a distraction.

I use strapping tape that athletes use to strap ankles and shoulders etc. Its really sticky stuff and never comes off.

Take it slow. Just focus on running a little further each run. If you push too hard you risk injury so listen to your body. If it hurts in a way that feels like injury, stop. Good luck!
