I haven't checked my weight in about a week and I haven't walked in two days (yesterday I did a little swing thing where you put your leg in the hole and it's like a leg hula hoop and you jump over it with the other leg for about 20-30mins along with 50pushups). Why not try to lift your legs and possibly lift your arms with cans in your hands. Try doing some crunches or laying sideways propped up on your elbow and lift the top legs up and down both side for about 30mins each and lift your arms 30mins each arm. You can do it! :flowerforyou:

Try looking up your BMR and eating that many calories (your BMR is the amount of calories you burn daily by breathing, sleeping, talking, etc.) so if you eat that much; you burn it without exercise and with exercise; you'll burn MORE than what you've eaten and you have nothing to worry about. Saturday- Walk 2.6mph for one hour, 50 crunches, 50 pushups, 50 elbows to knees (like a crunch) left, 50 elbows to knees right, 3 side crunches, waist whittler for about 3mins :D, and lift cans life a minute :D :flowerforyou:
