Just had my annual with my physician. Blood pressure down, weight down, heart rate down. I even donated blood just now and got to brag about being to run a half mile...in a row. My doctor is super proud of me.

First official day of my summer break yesterday and I walked a little over 3 miles. Didn’t jog at all, so…goals. Down to 253.3. I keep wanting to log numbers in the 270’s, i was in that range for so long. Keeping the weight loss going longterm is a new experience for me. It will take some getting used to.
