    Trying to walk at least 5000 steps a day (not always fitting in)
    Plus at least 15 minutes of workout a day (again hit or miss)
    Switched to calorie deficit diet last week (mine calculated at 1000cal a day) keeping it protein heavy if can stay away from booze lol

    Had been on 16-8 intermittent fasting for a while now. Will switch to 20-4, to see what happens πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

    Back to last week's weight after an ebb and flow this week. Switched my intermittent fasting to 20-4. To be fair with the large amount of water I'm drinking it didn't feel hard (yet) but 68 kg by the end of this month is feeling more like wishful thinking now eek! 😬

    You've already lost more than 8 1/2 pounds this month! That's awesome! Even if you don't make your goal!
