I love seeing everyone post their journey here. It makes me believe I CAN and WILL do this this time around!
Despite a rough week, I still managed to lose, so I'm really happy.
Also lost another 0.5 of an inch in my neck (for 1 inch total), 1 inch in my waist, and 1 inch in my hips!

At the rate I've been going the last few months I wonder what I'm still doing here, but I'm determined to beat back that voice that says "I can't do this" so here I am again for July.

Back to last week's weight after an ebb and flow this week. Switched my intermittent fasting to 20-4. To be fair with the large amount of water I'm drinking it didn't feel hard (yet) but 68 kg by the end of this month is feeling more like wishful thinking now eek! π¬6 -

Hi all,...I'm a liiiittle late to the month here. In the past these monthly challenges here on mfp have been helpful for me and I'm struggling a bit this month so I found ya'll! My goal is to lose 1 - 1.5lbs per week. I would say best of luck to everyone but it's not luck, am I right?! Let's go get it!!!

This has been one weird week. I have been doing the same old stuff. Got on the scale today and it was 203.6! What??? Only difference is I have been actively walking every day...only 6k steps but that is alot for me. I tore my hamstring and both abductor muscles 2 years ago and they still let me know they are there. Not an excuse, just trying to figure out what is going on . I am hoping it is the heat here and just retaining water. Only bread I am eating is a very low carb one. I might need to switch things around a bit to fool my body. I will be on a almost 3 week roadtrip so hoping that doesn't stall me too badly. Hope everyone else is losing and having a great summer! Hard to think it will be winding down in another couple of months! Hang in there and keep looking forward! Remember to Pace with Grace...
