I hit a plateau as well. Same two pounds up and down and then I started calorie cycling just over a week ago. The first week I lost 1.4 lbs. I highly recommend it. I think, in time, you will CRAVE more excercise. I went from walking 3 times a week to walking 4-5 days a week and throwing in 1-2 kickboxing classes a week. Now it's time for me to incorporate some weight training to tone things up a bit.

Ease into the exercise. This is a lifestyle change. Walk if you have to and then try a C25K program. They are great if you want to run. I would be glad to be your friend and help motivate. I have been here 150 days. Not going anywhere LOL

I didn't want to take a vacation day. Lots going on this summer I need the time off for. My daughter leaving for college and my nephew's graduation from Boot Camp...off to Camp Legeune in September. HOT men in uniform :)

GREAT JOB!!!!! What an awesome feeling. I am 8 lbs. from goal as well but i'm considering changing the goal by 5 lbs. It seems that entire 8 lbs. is sitting in belly fat. LOL

I've also made quinoa - put that on a plate, sautee the broccoli slaw with a little sesame oil, garlic and ginger - put that on top of quinoa and then top with a piece of grilled salmon. DELICIOUS!!!!

I use them to make a lo mein.....veggie or I throw in some chicken or shrimp, whole wheat spaghetti, garlic, chicken broth, soy sauce and some ceyanne pepper or ground chicken or turkey lettuce wraps
