I use arnold sandwich thins with a 1/2 tbsp I can't believe it's not butter. garlic powder and salt. I toast in the oven.

Chaos made me sick. It's a knock off of last house on the left. Sylvester Salone's son is in it. It still gives me the chills.

Love the Lost Boys. They should have stopped there though. Part 2 and 3 were horrible.

I would have to say the Shinning is one of my favorite and also Rob Zombie's remake of Halloween was pretty good for a remake.

I don't think it needs to be limited unless you go crazy. It's only got 20% of your daily calcium so you need to get the rest of your calcium from somewhere.

I think it's a great work out done consecutively or not. I get bored with regular strengh training so I like to do this or Jillians no more trouble zones video to get it in. Just finished the 30 days straigh for the first time and it is tough but gives great results. Lost 5 inches and 3lbs.

It's suppose to be 10 days at each level for 30 days straight with no breaks. A lot of people do modified version though. When I'm not doing the 30 day thing I use the videos as quick filler to get some good exercise in.

HRM. MFP is just using calculations based on height weight and how much the average person pushes. Your HRM actually knows how high you are getting your heart rate.

I did it last September. I lost 7lbs not even watching what I was eating. I really wish I took measurements before hand so I have no idea how many inches. I'm on day 10 of the 30 Day shred. I took measurements this time so I can see how many inches at the end.

I usually shut the DVD player off while shes's talking at the end of the workout. When I turn the DVD player back on it thinks I'm resuming play so I can go back to the menu. It only works if I don't remove the dvd. If i take it out I'm screwed and have to listen to the beginning again.

I used Chantix to stop it helped a ton. I've been free of cigarettes for almost 3 years. I weigh less now then when I was smoking. I found that exercise helped a lot with quiting. I tend to exercise more on the weekends to try and combat it.

I had the same problem when I was still wearing my old clothes. I started wearing clothes that actually fit and weren't falling off and people started to notice at work.
