Personally I would suggest no soda and especially no diet soda. Protein Pancakes -1/2 banana (Mashed) -1/4 Old Fashion Oats -1/4 Egg Beaters -Spoonful of Greek Yogurt (Plain, Fat Free) -1 Scoop Protien Powder -Cinnimon Mix all and put it in a pan and bake... That is it, so simple! I love this i eat it multiple times a day, not just for breakfast... LOVE IT
