If you are going to be staying in hotels most of them have a gym also. So that should help you keep up your 2 mile walks. Maybe even some weights or swim laps in a pool. Good luck!!

Im 27 and i have been noticing those symptoms more in the last year. I get really mean and irritated. Its horrible. But i also have other female issues with cysts and such. I hear running helps with cramping. If you can handle it during that time that is. Otherwise try a hot pad. Good luck and i hope you feel better!

try adding more fresh veggies.... like baby carrots are good to snack on, maybe an apple with peanut butter. For breakfast switch to maybe oatmeal or a protein smoothie. Good luck and don't give up. Remember that it took you a while to gain the weight, so it will take a little while to lose it.

I agree with others, do what makes you feel good. Keep lifting and doing strength training to tone up. Remember the more muscle you build the more fat you burn. You look great!!

I have read several things that a flat belly is made in the kitchen not the gym. So maybe try to eat super clean. No processed foods. Alot of fruits, veggies, and lean meats! and lots of water! Good luck!!
