How do you curb soda/sugar cravings?!
It might all be in my head but I cant seem to go 1 day without a soda, and of course its mountain dew. And I crave chocolate, sweets and sour stuff. What have you done to help with the cravings? healthy foods making me gassy.... How do you deal with it
Things like eggs and lettuce seem to make me gassy. I have gas relief pills but I don't want to have to take them all of the time. Is there anything else I can do to make those foods not do that.

bought smaller jeans for motivation!
These are silver jeans i got for $20! They are size 30/33 I have a major muffin top! ew...They are also a bit tight around my thighs and butt. I am starting turbofire today so im hoping in about a month or two these will fit much better!

has anyone done this? I have been wanting to go shopping for new clothes really bad lately but i dont want to buy clothes im hoping wont fit in a couple months. my 30 day progress!
lost .5 from waist around belly button, 1.5 from boobs(no bra), 1.5 from hips, but gained and inch on my thigh. Lost 4lbs I dont see a whole lot of difference so hopefully the next 30 days will be more progress! thank you everyone!

Does that mean your burning fat? Thats what i have heard. My stomach, love handles, thighs and so on feels cold after i work out. So does that mean im burning fat?

I see alot of people doing 30 day shred but im doing ripped in 30. So anyone else doing it. I started tuesday but i think today im just going to go for a brisk walk because my muscles are pretty sore.
