is getting way overweight. Right now i weigh 165, im 5'5" so im technically overweight already. Getting even more overweight is one of my biggest fears. But i continue to do nothing! I keep saying im going to start exercising but then when the time comes to it i never do. What is wrong with me?? I try to make better choices eating. Like today i stopped at mcdonalds and got the grilled chicken ranch BLT with no fries or drink. But then again i was already drinking a mountain dew. I already am unhappy with my body. I get frustrated when i try on cute clothes. Why cant i get motivated? Any advice??? I dont even know what to do anymore.

You need to believe you can do it
You need to believe you're worth the effort
You need to trust that you'll be the same person at the end
You need to want it more than anything
You need to take the very first step with all your might
You need to look at what value you assign food
You need to find activities you love doing
You need to find a way to eat that you can live with forever
You need to plan your meals
You need to track your food intake
You need to buy what you need to make it happen
You need to make yourself your own hobby
You need to believe you can do it

You can. And you are worth it.

Hi, Many people have been where you are. What is wonderful is that you have acknowledged the issue and now you can continue to work on it. Just take one small step at a time. You should be proud of the fact that you did not order fries.
Also, look your on MFP. Try imagining yourself healthier. Using a journal will help to put your thoughts and emotions in control.
I often think about what I don't want to look like or feel like. Or either I think of the major health problems that often comes with
    obesity. I don't want them.

Maybe, try just going for a walk. or take up a sport. Don't think of exercise as "exercise" try having a little fun.
Try parking your car farther so that you will have to walk. Take the stairs at work. Small changes can make huge results!
    Hang in there.
