Add me too if you like. I was sleeved 3 days before you! I started at 303. I lost a good chunk before surgery, and was 269 on my surgery day. Today I weigh 225.

I had the sleeve in December. I'm very happy with the results. It is a lifelong journey and will always be a challenge. But the tool that the sleeve provided me gave me a great start. Good luck with your journey!

When I camp, my frozen burger do just fine in my cooler. But I have a pretty nice cooler that keeps stuff pretty cold. So i think it would depend on your cooler and how warm it is where you are camping.

I stand corrected. Thanks for presenting the facts. Someone told me the coffee came out the bottom of the cup. Guess I should have verified that before passing on wrong information.

I have a tablespoon every morning. I put it in my morning smoothie. I love the taste that it adds. I'm not sure if I can credit it with really helping. I've made so many changes to my diet. But my blood sugar is down, so I'll keep adding the flax seed.

I'm not sure if this applies to your situation or not, but I aways drink a glass of water first before taking any medication. My doctor says it is good to have liquid in your stomach before the pills go down. Ever since I started doing that, I don't get that upset stomach feeling. You might want to give it a try.

The Help and The Hunger Games are all awesome. Currently, I'm going back and reading the Alphabet Series by Sue Grafton. (A is for Alibi, B is for Bugler, etc.) I've never read these, and I'm loving them. -Dave
