  • how about eating a big healthy meal before you go out so you won't eat much. order drink water chicken and a veggie. cut it in half and eat the rest later. really don't stress so much, there are choices to make. try to figure out why the whole situation stresses you out so much.

  • I am doing 1200 calories too. I have 67lbs to lose. I started on Jan 2 and I'm down almost 7lbs. I walked 5miles 2x and do 100 squats and crunches every day. I don't eat back my calories. I'm going to start working out more next week. I have to get healthy and bathing suit ready for a cruise in July.
  • I use non fat plain yogurt-- stoneyhill or kirkland brand. Plain non fat yogurt is gross, but I add a little vanilla extract and a packet of sugar in the raw sugar to about 6 oz of yogurt. You can also add fresh or frozen fruit.
