i got to the 20 min run and gave up. two months later, running on my own, i managed it! now i can run 20 min easily and have hopped back on C25K. i would say try it out and just do the best you can! if you can't finish, just keep trying until you can get it...even if it takes two months. ;)

i get so bored with any exercise other than running, so that's all i do. i really need to strength train! and...um...i use those extra calories from running on beer at least twice a week? ahem. BUT I RUN! :D and i eat pretty healthy aside from the beer :)

i had an ENTIRE WEEK of nothing but burgers and beer...and i only gained one pound. just shake it off and forget about it!

i am friends with a one-supper, this sounds like something he would do/say. chances are your SIL is jealous that someone other than herself accomplished something! you're doing great!

i was always told i am intimidating because i'm very loud and bold and straightforward...i took that as a compliment and ran with it, using it to my advantage. be yourself, and if you want to ask them out, just straight up ask them out. it worked for me, and now i'm married. :D

scale isn't moving but i had to buy new jeans last weekend...and they are too loose today!

i drink maybe once every couple months, but my husband doesn't drink and neither does my very best friend! you are not alone. and i have way more fun with them not drinking than i do when i have had even one! :)

5'3" here...i'm glad you see climbing shelves as a pro...i'm a regular monkey at the grocery store and it embarrsses my husband, who is also short, but who will not climb ;)

i run every day and work out with weights, and i did the same thing when i tried it the first day! i actually only got through half the push-ups before i gave COMPLETELY UP, haha. and i thought i was in terrific shape!! hang in there!!
