I try not to have a "diet" so I can stick to it more. I just try to to eat as healthy as I can and stay within my calorie needs. So if anything I am on a low calorie diet and I try to stay under 1500 calories a day. I try to eat completly clean a few days a week too. I have tried to juice and it was not for me, I found it…

I love goldfish crackers! I can't say no to them! And I like to eat mini snicker and mini twix 3 or 4 or those a week, just so I don't lose it!

The 1200-1500 is what I am actually eating. I guess I do need to pay attention more to the inches than the scale! And my weakness is carbs :( I probably do need to lower my carb intake just a little.

4 years ago I went from 190 to 120. But i did it way to fast and not in the healthiest way and went back up to 180. In January I started back again. I am down 36 pounds now and have been doing it a much better and healthier way. I feel like I have earned it this time!
