Outstanding!!!!!!!!!! When I went to the doctor back in May I was 220 Lbs and my cholersterol was also 220. I also eat oatmeal everyday as soon as I get out of bed. I have dropped 30 lbs also. My next appt is not until November, but I can't wait to see the report. I hope it is much better and am keeping my fingers crossed…

I took a couple of weeks off too. I was on overdrive at work, very busy couple of weeks. The cable company also had to dig up my yard to replace an underground cable, and in doing so cut my phone service in half, killing my DSL and rendering me without a computer for a week. Hey everyone. I got out ealy today to beat the heat. I ran my normal 5 k course. My legs felt more stressed today, and I don't know why. Maybe because I ran last evening at around 6:00, and had a quick turn around at 9:00 this morning. I might take tomorrow off to give the ole boys some rest. Good runs everyone. Keep it up.

Made it out at about 3:00 today. Had to do it i the heat after work as it was my only chance. I ran 3 miles. Made it out about 6 O'clock and ran 3 miles. I checked the scale a little while ago and I am down to 191 lbs. When I started this journey of weight loss, I was 220 Lbs. Yeah Baby!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay so I did not get out early today as originally planned, and thought I would not get anything done. I just spoke with my Uncle who completed a Ford Ironman Triathlon that was held in Lake Placid, NY on 7-20-08. he finished in 14 hours, which does not seem ll that great, but e is 53 years old. I was'nt able to get out as early as I wanted to. I was finally able to beat the pavement at around noon. I ran 3 miles in the heat and humidity. I gotta say it felt GREAT to sweat and work. I am gonna be skinny again soon. WOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOO. Keep up the good work everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I ran 3 miles this morning, and walked 1 mile this evening with the pooch. My dog is now even losing weight(LOL) I just gotta say, I love my new lifestyle, and my new look. So does my wife, she can't keep her hands off of me(Did I type that out loud) Oooops!!!!!!!!!
