  • IMO, running should be used more in cases where you are trying to improve your endurance. Its only from a mixture of cardio and strength training where great amounts of fat are lost.   • Omgsh! they are super easy.. you mix the salmon with egg and season the salmon mixture, coat them in bread crumbs and pop them in the oven! Sorry I dont have my exact recipe on hand. Im sure you can find plenty online tho! =)
  • Yummy.. canned chicken can make a mean chicken taco or wrap when youre in a hurry; pop it in the microwave, add your toppings and youre good to go! I personally dont have a problem with canned meat every once in awhile.. I mean I do use salmon in a can as well when I make baked croquettes =)
