I went there, to be honest a place like that there arent many healthy options. Sushi... but much (in the one near me) was oily, fried and YUMMY!!!! lol Not much help eh? :-) x

I try but I know I dont, I usually have about 100-200 calories left over at the end of the day which I think balances out all the little things I eat without taking note... also I dont note down dog walking as its just my everyday life so that helps too :-) x

I am down 18lbs, I have lost an inch off of either leg, an inch off of each arm, two from my chest, two from my butt and one off my waist! Long way to go but a good start! x
